Providing relevant and accessible education and training for members is a major Council role. An extensive agenda of workshops is presented each year at the Council's annual Behavioral Health conference to assist agencies in meeting the continuing education needs of professional staff.

The Council’s annual Administrator’s Forum provides a unique and customized professional development opportunity for financial, human resources and information technology professionals who working with and for behavioral health organizations. The individual workshops offered at the Administrator’s Forum feature nationally recognized experts in accounting, reimbursement, employment law, technology and data systems. 

Additional one to two-day workshops and/or informational meetings are scheduled throughout the year to address other training needs identified by members.
