Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Administration, Management, Psychology, Social Work or related field and the necessary credentials required for Florida Agency Licensure. The COO must have a minimum of ten (10) years of successful management experience in directing behavioral healthcare programs, developing and managing budgets, strategic planning and other initiatives, governmental and community liaison strengths, as well as familiarity with managed care models within a complex organization.

Qualifications: Requirement includes a Master’s degree in, health or business administration, social work or social sciences and applicable clinical license.Also requires a minimum of five (5) years senior level management experience in the administration and supervision of chemical dependency, and mental health treatment services; and the necessary credentials required for Florida Agency Licensure. The COO must have a strong knowledge of regulatory entities; DCF, DJJ, the Joint Commission and ACHA, etc.; demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, and strong collaboration skills.

Because this position is more heavily weighted towards the CFO functions, applicants must have experience working with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles with preference given to Certified Public Accountants.
